1. Does the raffle use a smart contract like on Ethereum?

Unlike Ethereum, Zenon does not support contracts at the base layer.

This service is not trustless and the operator always has access to the deposit address funds.

1. What happens if I send the wrong ZTS to the deposit address?

Funds are safu! The service should automatically send invalid deposits back within seconds. Worst case, they will be sent back at the end of the round.

1. The round isn't over and I want my deposit back. Can you refund me?

While it is possible, we want to avoid manually refunding users. These requests will be handled at our discretion.

1. Can I add @zenonrafflebot to my Telegram group?

1. What information do you collect?

Data collection is necessary in order to calculate statistics.

Players may want to understand their odds, the number of tickets in a round, historical data, etc, before making any decisions.

The bot only collects public information, entirely sourced using a Zenon full node.
